1. Nature of Services

Life Reset Coaching provides non-medical, non-therapeutic coaching services focused on awareness, reflection, lifestyle patterns, stress management, and personal wellbeing.

Coaching is educational and supportive in nature. It is not medical care, psychological therapy, counselling, nutrition services, or any other regulated health service.

2. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

Life Reset Coaching does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, interpret medical tests, or provide medical, psychological, or nutritional advice.

Coaching is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Clients are encouraged to seek qualified medical or mental health professionals when appropriate.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that:

They are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results
Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes
Participation is voluntary and self-directed

4. Informed Consent

Participation in coaching requires acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and completion of an informed consent & coaching agreement, which further defines the scope and boundaries of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Reset Coaching shall not be held liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province in which the business operates.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Life Reset Coaching values clarity and fairness.

Free introductory sessions are offered at no cost and do not require payment.
Paid coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are not eligible for a refund.
If a session cannot be delivered due to circumstances on the coach’s side, the session will be rescheduled or refunded in full, at the client’s choice.

Life Reset Coaching respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Name
Email address
Booking and payment information
Information voluntarily shared through forms or communication

2. How Information Is Used

Your information is used to:

Provide coaching services
Manage bookings and payments
Communicate with you regarding sessions or services

3. Data Storage & Third-Party Services

Data may be securely stored and processed using trusted third-party platforms, including (but not limited to):

Website hosting services
Scheduling tools
Payment processor (Stripe)
Google Forms

Life Reset Coaching does not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.

4. Confidentiality

Coaching interactions are treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others).
